Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Ing. Laínez represented Ecuador’s fishing sector in the United Nations at the Convention of the Law of the Seas in 1995. He had previously represented the fishing sector of Ecuador nationwide in 1982. He was educated at the Military School Cpt. General Bernardo O'Higgins in Santiago, Chile in 1956 and graduated from the Military Academy Juan Gomez Rendon in Playas, Gral Villamil, Ecuador. He earned a Masters Degree in Welding Engineering and Architectural Metal Fusion at West Coast Trade College in Los Angeles California.
Mrs. Gonzala Laínez was born in Chihuahua, Mexico, and has over 40 years of experience in the fashion industry in the United States. She was an instructor in industrial garment manufacturing in Mexico.

He is a professional graduated in Business Administration and International Business in 2011 at the California State University Long Beach. He has over 15 years of experience in international business management, customer service and sales. Rodney was a member of the U.S. Army ROTC at Theodore Roosevelt High School in East Los Angeles, California.
Wendy Bridgette Lainez
Chief Fashion Designer
She is a professional fashion designer with experience in industrial garment manufacturing and pattern computer systems. She graduated with a Fashion Designer Degree at the Los Angeles Trade-Technical College. Her designs have been sold in prestigious boutiques in Hollywood, Melrose Place and Beverly Hills as well a on the internet.
She also participated as a beauty queen in representation of the Ecuadorian Independence Parade in Los Angeles.
